Brilliant practice, with friendly receptionists and caring, committed doctors. Dr. Bhatia deserves a special mention for the wonderful care that he has provided to two of my family members recently.

I booked an appointment on the phone and took the morning off work to be there 10 minutes early. After waiting for half an hour I asked at the desk and they said you need to check in at the desk even though an appointment was booked. Ok, that would have been fine, except the receptionist became condescending and said things like "I thought that was obvious" and pointing at a sign that said 211 people don't show up to their appointments every week. Ok. Well I wasn't one of them. There are no signs telling people to come to the desk first and no messages on the phone when booking the appointment. What is the point in booking an appointment if YOU don't uphold that appointment?? I then tried to book another appointment but apparently there isn't one for two weeks so I can try ringing in on the day again and take another morning off work. I was made to feel like I was somehow an instigator all because I didn't go to the desk like a mind-reader. Not friendly at all and I certainly don't feel welcome there anymore.
The reception staff seem to be a little less RUDE than they used to be.Apparently none of them have medical training or qualifications, yet they may still surmise that your ailment or injury is not "serious" enough to see a doctor or even a nurse, then send you off to the minor injuries unit at the local hospital 1.5 miles away.
Thank you for your helpful service and the thoughtful way you have responded to feedback. Working together as you do with patients will help make sure we all do our bit and not waste valuable drugs and medicines. Thank you too to the lovely 'frontline' staff who are always so helpful.
