Overpriced, unable to explain invoicing.Spent hours on the phone for explanations.Upsale to comply with "law" was a bit of a spinning line, but you would trust "experts".Did not even get rid of air in boiler and I am now having to pay someone else.
Fitted new boiler and various new radiators. Worked quietly and efficiently, and to time. We selected them on recommendations from friends after getting 4 estimates. None of the local firms that quoted provided very comprehensive quotes/specs, but theirs was probably the best. I'm pleased with the choices we made.
Our tumble dryer packed up after 10 years+ of constant use. I rang Loveridges immediately and ordered a replacement. The next day it was delivered by a very polite young man; the old one was taken away and the new one installed and tested. No charge for delivery, fitting and removal of old dryer. Excellent service!
