My husband bought me a beautiful ring from this shop, over a decade ago. Ive worn it almost every day until finally I lost one of the stones. I walked in without a receipt and with good faith, they fixed it for me and sent it back to me. It meant so much to have my ring back, it looks beautiful (still my favourite!) and the ladies I spoke to could not have been more kind and helpful. Thank you!
As another review says Very Rude owner doesn't deserve family custom. Should say on the door CHILDREN NOT WELCOME! If you want a pleasant day in the town don't spoil it by going there. Every other shop in the town A++

A beautiful shop - but a very rude owner. I visited with a friend and our children (4 in total) 5 days ago. The kids loved all the stones set in the floors and walls and loved exploring outside the shop. They were told beforehand not to touch anything and were being well behaved, but not silent, because, you know, they are kids. I told them they could choose a tumble stone each as a treat and as they were choosing the owner approached us and asked us to pay and leave as soon as possible. His reason? There were people in there to choose crystals (3 other customers at the time who were browsing and not at all worried by our presence) and he could hear our children from the room at the back of the shop.He didn't get our money - we explained to the children they weren't welcome in the shop and asked them to put their crystals back and we bought their presents elsewhere. I won't be returning again, either with any under 18s or without (so he has lost my custom which could have been a lot more money spent next time). I suggest a sign on the door if children aren't welcome. It's a jewelery shop, not the peace gardens .
My favourite shop in Glastonbury! The jewellery is out of this world beautiful, and you wont find these original pieces anywhere else. I have to treat myself everytime I go- filled with gorgeous rings, necklaces , crystals wands etc - And the owner and lady there are very welcoming x
