Highly recommended. Honest, professional and friendly service. New years eve afternoon called at the garage to ask about a problem with my car.One of their mechanics came around within the hour and got the car started although it kept cutting out. He managed to get it back to the garage. Andrew called me within the hour explaining an electrical short with the radio was constantly draining the battery. I was able to pick the car up next morning (after new years day ). The bill was very reasonable. Also we had a discussion about another potential problem with the car which I was already aware of. I will certainly be a returning customer.
I had a strange knocking on my Vauxhall Corsa for ages. Took it to several.places who diagnosed various expensive solutions but who were unsure of the exact cause. Tried Rapson's and they were extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the fault immediately and were able to repair it very quickly at a very reasonable cost. It no long sounds like it's going to fall apart! Will definitely be returning for all my car's needs from now on. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Thank you for getting my car back on the road for the third time in less than a year. This family run garage is second to none, always helpful and I have found very caring. As a by line they are also excellent mechanics and never overcharge. I have every confidence in contacting them and trust what they tell me. At least 3 of my cars over the last 15 years have been serviced MOTd etc by Rapsons. Cant really say anything else.
