This has to be one of the loveliest places my family have ever stayed! I can only describe it as the most perfect cottage anyone could ever choose - although very close to town center (central bus station is 200m), it is extremely quiet. The cottage is spacious, very clean and superbly equipped kitchenette, washing/drying machine, free WiFi, The hosts Meredith and John were the most helpful and welcoming couple you could ever wish to meet. Thank you so much for your extremely warm hospitality! We will definitely come again.
We visited Glastonbury Rose cottage during our holidays in Somerset. This is a lovely and very welcoming cottage, providing all that you need for a enjoyable stay. It has a great lay-out, sufficient space for four persons, and breathes a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Lovely furniture, books, dvd's, all comfy, and a nice small yard in the back with benches were you can really enjoy a lovely glass of cider and some cheddar in the evenings. All you could possibly need is present in the cottage on arrival. And situated near the centre of Glastonbury, I can really recommend this cottage. John and Meredith Flanagan are always in reach and have made our stay unforgettable. Thanks!!
The town of Glastonbury has a lot to offer, and it is also a good centre for exploring the lovely Somerset countryside. This little cottage near the centre is beautifully furnished and maintained, providing a lovely peaceful base for a holiday.
