Enjoyed my lunch - as did the rest of the family. Spur of the moment stop so pleased that the staff managed to fit us in on an otherwise busy Sunday lunchtime. Will go again.
Don't order the scampi and chips! Manufactured to a uniform size, mainly batter with very little content. Whether it was scampi or not is debaterble but tasteless it was. The only positive thing is that there was so few of them for the money.
Had flat iron steak and salad, husband had Tuna steak both very good. Not too expensive. Good service
Glastonbury Brewers Fayre is like most of these restaurants. This one is in a good setting. Food is fine, nothing special and waiting time can vary. Staff are nice and it is convenient.
I had gammon which was fine, but the chips were like warm and like sponges. Not crisp and fluffy as a chip should be.My daughter had fish pie which was also like warm. Couldn't find a member of staff to make complaint!
