Old pub setting. Good beer superb food though a little pricey. Great staff.

A nice pub/eatery, just away from the main tourist drag in Glastonbury. Food and drinks are available, a fair but not huge drink choice and a selection of meals are available on the menu with occasional specials. All served up attractively on plates and usually very tasty and filling.

A great foody pub. Decorated with historical enamel signs and things of interest. Great food, we ate as 4 and all were happy with the 4 different meals. Friendly staff. Would definitely visit again next time we are in Glastonbury.

Didn't stay here but popped in with two children for a family meal out - had fabulous meals (adults had 'legendary' steaks!), lovely reception from the staff/great service, excellent beer... would easily return here and definitely recommend.

Pub just outside of the centre. Has an outside seated area and several rooms inside to eat and drink. We went only for a drink and had to sit inside on a sunny day because all the tables outside were filled. The previous visit we had a reasonably priced and tasty meal outside. Then we shared the table with some strangers. Got on well with them.Good selection of craft ales and the usual lagers. Cider also sold, Somerset cider.***Update***The last time we visited in 2018 was during the Glastonbury Extravaganza, a very busy time. I expected the pub to be very busy. It wasn't. The food had gone down hill, the oil used for frying was old and made everything taste stale. The cask ales being served were beyond their best by date. Sorry such a shame, we used to come here when we were in Glastonbury, we won't be coming again.
